There are times when we think of things that we shouldn’t. like i do, my mind goes way messy and i overthink things a lot and i can’t control it.
solution: SLEEP EARLY!
I admit that i’am an anemic when I first stepped into college. I started sleeping really late and ended up sleeping past 12 am. There are side effects when you don’t get a restful amount of sleep, your thoughts go kabooom~ You can’t concentrate and you get irritated easily like me (most of the time). I guess this is the cause of my anxiety sometimes. This coming new year one of my resolutions is to definitely sleep early and since it’s New Year’s Day, I want to welcome the year with positive quotes that I hand picked for you my lovely readers.
