Subspace Coffee House: Friends & Coffee Perfectly Blend Together

Heyaaaa everyone! How is your holiday going? New year is just around the corner so 2015 is just a few days away! Is it me or time just flew a lot faster? It’s like 2014 came by so fast! Though i never really felt the christmas-y vibe this year. I tried singing “All i want for christmas” in my head to at least feel the holiday season but meh i’m a christmas party pooper. I kid!~ But I really hope you guys had a really awesome, fantastic, amazing, holiday!

My plan before christmas was to spend time with my Le Bff, I.

Because it was her birthday!~ but it’s only ze two of us because we were gonna buy the tickets to The 1975 concert. So we had a date! hihihi and what other way to spend and chill with your friends than at a cafe!

Our first plan was to try St. Marc Cafe at SM Megamall since we’re gonna buy the tickets there but I. said it was full. Good thing I had back up. I found Subspace Coffee on a whim while I was looking for cafe’s on the internet. Another good thing is that I. memorizes the street in ortigas so we easily found the coffee house located at the ground floor of Grand Emerald Tower.

What caught I. and me to go to this place is their adorable latte art. It suddenly slipped on my mind that they had those because me and I. were too enamored by the decor and interior of the place. It was really hipster with displays of K-pop merchandise.

My favorite decor was the chairs that were hanging upside down. you will easily spot it once you get in. I’s was the pink illustrations on the wall. it’s a really good break for when you want a different setting from your usual Starbucks.

The ambiance made me think of the cafe’s in korea that i see on T.V

I noticed that the place was full of Koreans and Chinese and i liked that the stores beside Subspace Coffee House are Korean Groceries and Korean Food. It’s a korean haven for me! i’m definitely checking out the other stores when i get back.

For the menu:

I ordered marshmallow cake (because it’s cute and puffy and I can’t resist desserts! plus there are so many desserts that i wanted to devour err I mean, try)

Processed with VSCOcam with hb1 preset

 Peanut Butter Latte

Processed with VSCOcam with hb2 preset

I. ordered the Cookie Butter Milkshake

Their price is really affordable and how can you not resist their desserts!

We were happily drinking as me and I. chatted all throughout the day. it was definitely a girl’s day for us as we accomplished our mission on buying tickets!

Processed with VSCOcam with b1 preset

See you guys at the concert and my fellow seatmates! Let’s fangirl about our Baes Matt, George, Adam & Ross!

We’re definitely coming back to Subspace Coffee House and bringing our friends with us.
