Here’s Where To Get That Anime Face Filter That’s Been Trending Lately

I just noticed that there’s been an ongoing trend with Anime filters lately even Etude House adapted the trend and used it as one of their marketing material on Instagram for their newly released collection, Vintage Camellia. Very trendy! It’s amazing how A.I technology has been rapidly advancing these days.

I find it really strange that it just became a trend now since camera apps like Snow and B612, have released the anime filter last year and people didn’t pay much attention to it. I guess since we’re still in lockdown, people are finding more ways to entertain themselves so go ahead and check out the fun filter that’s available from these camera apps below:

Snapchat

Where the trend all began. Just download the Snapchat app and head on to Camera and click the smiley face on the right side then on the top there’s a search bar for the filters. Type in ‘Anime Style’ and there you have it:

Some users get their Anime filters from this app. The app is developed by a South Korean company so expect the filters to be more Manhwa-like characters:

This app’s developer is the same as B612 and Snow so there’s similarities with their Anime filters.

The Anime filters are limited but personally I like them. They don’t have much distortion as B612.

The Snow app is really good at making makeup and effect filters so it’s no wonder a lot of K-pop celebrities use this aside for B612.

Day 2 of Toy Con 2013

Last saturday i went to toycon 2013 with my bestfriend Jerry.~

It’s been a while since we attended an anime event because of our busy schedules.

i don’t usually attend toycons since i know..well  it’s full of buncha toys,but when we went there boy it proved me wrong!

because of my boyfriend’s influence & is a big fanatic of Marvel we’d always watch Superhero movies which i posted in my previous posts. Now i’m a fan of Iron man mostly because of his wits & the cool gadgets that he made,i’m also a fan of The Avengers.

Anywhoo~

when we came to the event there were so many toys..err– figurines!~  i think it’s every geeky guy/girls (who has an addiction in collecting action figures) dreamland~

I took a lot of pictures at the event but i don’t want to bombard you with it so i’ll just pick the interesting ones. ooh! and there were cosplayers too THANK GOD.

How to be like Konata Izumi from Lucky Star

For Cosplayers? and for the avid fans of hers like me~

First and foremost her appearance:

• Konata has long blue hair. you can either buy a wig or sacrifice and dye your hair blue.
• Konata has a mole on the right side of her face just like her father,you can just get an eye liner and draw a dot on the right side of your face just below your right eye.
• Wear contact lenses that are green
• Wear either a blue school uniform or a pink school uniform

Next is her personality:

• Be into anime *duh and adult video games *lol blame her father for that.
• Konata is a true blue otaku so she doesn’t go well with normal jobs so get a job at a cosplay cafe at Anime events or if you’re luckily in japan get a job at a real cosplay cafe.
• Watch lots of anime’s and maybe watch Yu-Gi-Oh!,Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuu’tsu & Dragonball-Z because those are the ones konata watched and parodied in the anime.but you must definitely watch Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuu’tsu because Konata is a die hard fan of Haruhi Suzumiya.
• Parody your favorite anime to annoy your friends.
• Your phone’s ringtone should be an OP Theme,TV Size,ED Theme of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuu’tsu.
• You should learn japanese so that you could sing anime at your local karaoke bar.
• You should think that studying never exists (FOR KONATA CHAN’S CHARACTER ONLY! DO NOT TAKE THIS LITERALLY!) You can think about studying but you should just pull it off and do what Konata does best,reading Manga’s & watching her favorite anime~
• You should be good at pulling an all-nighter
• Play a lot of video games and for trivia games,memorize the answer because konata is an expert when it comes to gaming.
• Go to An Anime Convention!
• Complain that you are short (even if you aren’t)
• Make friends
• Whenever a friend talks about a topic use a video game for reference/example of what you want to explain
• Pretend your sick when you don’t want to go to school
• Be weird and have a sense of humor
• Be Laidback
• Give your friends gifts from a cosplay shop
• Be Athletic
• Force your friends to cosplay
• Cosplay as Haruhi Suzumiya
• Last but not least,always forget to bring your umbrella
